Laws doesn't allow you to do that. If you really want to check if those details are real, call nic.us or godaddy.com and tell them that you suspect, this domain is using fake info. They will (if you won't use bad words and be polite
) ask domain owner to confirm his contact details with passport scans, etc, if he fails to do that in ~2 weeks or so, he won't be the owner of that domain name anymore.
