There are actual depression related TREATMENTS that are basically just sitting next to or under a bulb that is basically the same as a tanning light. There are both physical and mental benefits of having a little color.
There is a huge difference between having a little color and overduing it... When you see those super dark girls we all think YUCK but when we see those girls with some color they're hot. The pics above are of "normal" shades and are hot...
