The 03/04 cobras are seriously badass, the guy a couple doors down from me has one and even when he granny shifts i going buy at low RPM's I know exactly what car is going by. I live on a corner so he has to stop and turn on his way out. The only mod he did to it was exhaust and I love the way it sounds.

I own a '68 coupe and had an 05 GT coupe when they first came out. I personally got sick of the car when I saw every douche in the world driving one. I prefer the old mustang thats for sure. the leather inside a mustang hasn't ever been very high grade but all your money belongs under the hood.

As far as ford transmissions, the manuals are badass and the automatics suck. This is the same for really EVERY decent powered car. the 'vette with its automatic has always had issues and the manual is pretty much bullet proof. If you're a man you can drive manual without any issues.
I love the sound of the cobra, something about it just makes me get chills.

as i mentioned earlier, just not what you quoted, i was really only concentrating on the motor. The transmission that you are referring to (only available in 2003-2004/present shelby cobra's) is called the Tremec T-56 Transmission, the same one that they use in Corevette's and Dodge Vipers. The gears/drive line are made so well that the entire car itself is meant to handle 1k HP without default. that goes for the pressure on the engine, the transmission, the drive shaft, and the gears.....very impressive.
