I don't know this person, or whether she is real, but 1000 for hosting is very realistic. If she wants a true amateur site, she needs her own equipment - it'll sell much better.
I don't use the amateur girl lists for my traffic ssources, because they are huge traffic leaks.
I get my traffic from various places, have no leaks whatsoever, average about 8,000 uniques daily to the main page, and a little under a million a month to gallery pages.
