I agree with you, don't get me wrong here. I do. BUT..... there is a huge difference between the "negativeness" you speak of and outright personally insulting someone the way he insulted this woman. If I want to say I don't like gay content, that's my opinion. Debate can ensue over it, but if I were to personally vilify a gay member I would not only deserve to get banned but I'm sure that I in fact WOULD be banned.
I'm not a fan of censorship or banning by and large, but there are limits of human fucking decency and common courtesy that should be respected. What Marty said was way the fuck out of line, and if you had a retarded child and Marty said that about your wife & kid in person, would you let him stay standing? I wouldn't.
