I have redefined the term "Minority" since it doesn't really relate to anything specific, and it doesn't mean the group with the fewest numbers either.
So, from this point forward, a "Minority" shall be defined as the group of people that "bitch" the most.
And YOU sir, seem to be doing alot of bitching about a female mother of a mentally handicap child... probably more than the rest of us. I wonder what that makes you under the new definition?
