Total nonsense. The amount of traffic very much affects any profit in a big way. Sure if you know what you're doing you can make good ratios but without traffic ratios mean nothing. The gay market is a good one but it can never be 'huge' because you can only sell to the traffic that's out there. The only thing traffic isn't so directly related to is profit margin - totally different thing from the amount of profit you see at the end of the year.
Mind you, I'm thankful so many str8 WM's really can't undertsand gay to convert it. Sure helps me.

I look at those garbage gay sites on TopBucks, ARS, PlatinumBucks, etc... and the only thing I can think of is that the members of these sites likely have absolutely no idea of what esle is out there. They could be spending half the money, and getting something 10x better (and that's a major understatement).

In many cases there genuinely is very little any better out there. There's as many gay niches as there are straight niches and some of them are VERY poorly covered. Sure on the more mainstream stuff such as twinks, general hardcore etc there's some great sites kicking around. Get a little more obscure though and choice gets very limited.
