Outsourcing?

I have begun to really get backed up with all the work I have to do, and been thinking about maybe getting some help. Not really sure about what to look out for, or who would be best to work with (some PhotoShop and HTML) but these tasks would be Very simple.

I guess I should try to cut as many steps out as possible, but maybe if their was some kind of assistance in doing this that might really help. I am just not really sure what kinds of services are really available and what the cost of them are.
