HGH only works when it enters the blood stream. This doesnt happen in pill form. All pill form is fake and does not work. HGH works well for improved sleep, endurance, cardio, skin, sight, smell, but not much on muscle gain. Although you will actually keep all the muscle you gain unlike steroids.
