It's all about the big cities, Prague is way worse than Brno and Brno ain't have to be that friendly too, although I always had there good time.
The thing is - anyone who comes to Prague feels he has a "statut" of beeing a big boy or a big girl - I guess it's quite significant for the most of the big cities in the world, many times it's people with self esteem issues that move there.
It's easy to feel unwelcomed, which is something that I dislike about this country in general.
