I'm with MojoHost and have found them to be totally kickass, on a number of levels. I come from a non-technical background, and this is what their service looks like from my POV: I never have any server-related headaches.
More specifically, I never have problems with connectivity, and I never have problems getting something done when I need it (despite the fact that half the time I have
serious trouble even coming up with a coherent description of what it is I need, lol!).

More Than Managed" is a very appropriate slogan for MojoHost. It's accurate. Not only are they responsive, they are proactive about making sure that their clients have all of their bases covered. And, best of all, they do it all with a smile...Brad and the rest of the crew over at Mojo are genuinely cool, friendly people.
Since you're doing a bit of research in this area anyhow, you might read up on the performance study released by CCBill recently. Sorry, I can't post the link because I'm new here, but an article about it can be found at Xbiz:
