Mine I finally got out in January and there was some bad infection. They usually don't pull them in that state but mine defiantly had to come out.

Thanks Fluid! There's no infection at all, so I'm all clear on that front.
I waited so long because my dentist is a goof and I asked when I was 17, 18, 19, etc etc he said not to bother yet because they aren't a problem. Then at 27 he said "You better get these out before you turn 30! Why did you wait so long?"
