i had two surgical extractions last month, i never took painkillers for either of them. people blow getting a tooth pulled way out of proportions. just make sure you don't eat anything that'll get stuck in the crater and fuck up the blood clot. i had a buddy who went like a retard and ate doritos right after getting his wisdom teeth out, and wound up getting little sharp cumbs of dorito stuck down in the clot and it fucked things up for him.
