Almost all sites like that are, which is good we came up with a great domain such as adrotations.. It cuts out the BS, most people don't want to do this and that just to advertise, most are willing to only pay a flat rate like when trying to get back links on sites.. It's just easier to have ad networks that charge a flat fee per month!.. I think in time AR will do well..
