I mostly use ICQ. I heard its owned by AOL. Is there any other cool IM that in your opinion are better and more ifficient then ICQ and SKype.

I am looking for something secure that is not spyed by or that has great story behind it, as in security wise. I would love to hear peopls opinion on what they perfer and use on daily basis.
