Do you use CCbill? check your sales/stats...

I very much like CCbill but have noticed quite a strange problem that I am sure you are all being affected by.

Heres what it is; when the current month is shorter than the previous month ie February this year has 29 days and January 31 days then the sales/rebills you made on the 29th, 30th and 31st of January all (minus the obvious dropoffs) should rebill on the 29th of February. So there should be a nice large amount of rebills on the 29th.

I also use Verotel and we normally have around 30 rebills per day, but today I recieved 90 rebills for the sales/rebills from the 29th to 31st January.

So I checked my CCbill stats from last year, namely January/February 2007.
Feb 2007 had only 28 days compared to January's 31 days so there are 4 days of sales/rebills that should show up on the 28th Feb 2007. So from 28th to 31st Jan 2007 I had 21 new signups, and 17 rebills. However on the 28th February 2007 only 5 rebills are recorded, these 5 rebills are obviously from the sales/rebills that I had on the 28th Jan 2007, but all the sales/rebills from the 3 days following are missing. And they arent in the stats on the 27th Feb, or 1st March.

I know a lot of you guys use CCbill have you noticed or are you aware of this? Maybe I'm just confusing myself but I'm sure that just cause a month is shorter than the previous the sales/rebills dont just vanish...

And no I'm not accusing them of stealing it or anything, their system just doesn't look like it's tracking those excess days....And yes I have emailed them but I never have much luck with replies from them.
