I've always though the porn companies probably can't be bothered fighting most copyright violations. It just isn't worth it. Porn videos have a very short lifespan, after 1 year on the market, they aren't worth a whole lot, unlike music or movies. People listen to the same songs for decades, people watch movies from 30 years ago, but nobody is gonna be watching Teen Butt Fuckers #17 for more than a few years.

Soooo....my thinking is that the big companies are just focasing more on making new videos instead of wasting time fighting over the copyright infringement of some video they shot 5 years ago.
