we contacted the owner and ccbill about removing
SexyLette immediately and he did. apparently it was user submitted.
this was a post that Luca replied to on another board regarding the situation:

we've encountered a similar situation recently where a site had pictures of SexyLette in its members area. Once we were informed of this we immediately signed up to the site in order to confirm if what we heard was true. We confirmed that the site contained images of SexyLette and also found images of other solo girls such as Raven Riley. We informed the jayman crew and others asap. I then wrote an email to the paysite owner with a cc to every ccbill email address i have because the site's primary biller was ccbill.
The next day i received an email from the paysite owner informing me that the images had been removed. i logged back in and they were. CCbill sent me a letter with additional procedures to follow if i wished. i did not proceed. however, i asked ccbill to refund my card the $19.95 i spent to confirm our images were in fact in the members area, and ccbill informed me that the only way i could be refunded was through the paysite owner which i refuse to contact again. Not that 20 bucks is a big deal, but it was a bit frustrating that after someone steals my content, i just gave him an extra $20 to confirm it.
