and one more: a lot of countries, especially the eastern european countries like Poland and Czech Republic have just participated in Georgie boys crusade cause they they were looking for more acceptance from the US. a few years later their soldiers have died in Iraq but still they are not allowed to enter the US without a Visa - which they rarely get.
