Ok so i've gathered up enough cash to start employing some designers to build some blogs for me. Trouble is i'm finding it hard to decide what kind of format to go for. I've found a few bits if inspiration here and there but very few wordpress based sites that I saw and truely thought WOW.

I'm hoping some of you can point me in the right direction.
