I think people don't always rush to name names here because accidents DO happen and they're trying to show some class and understanding and give companies the benefit of the doubt at first. Why go public with every incident? Who does that? Makes more sense to give the company a chance to make it right behind the scenes. If it's an ongoing problem, THEN I could see someone warning others away from that company.
