Yes, that is exactly what I believe but here it is just legal (I am not a law expert so I do not know why).
Last year the site got in the news, as the prince of The Netherlands sued the website for pictures that were posted from his new born doughter with comments like "sexy leggs, I would dream doing this and that" etc.
As you may know, Marijuana is legal here aswell and also sex with animals is legal here...
The Netherlands is the number one country for beastiality I believe.
