Then came P2P and everyone said the sky was falling but then came P2P ads, DRM marketing, aggressive watermarking, and a whole cottage industry was born and affiliates profited.

Now its all about the tubes - sigh, do we not learn? These people aren't evil - they are simply riding the wave of what the surfer wants - traffic stats don't lie. We are already seeing a cottage industry of tube scripts based on affiliate provided materials becoming a new cottage industry.

We need to learn from the mistakes made by the mainstream entertainment industry (RIAA and MPAA) and harness both what technology is allowing and what the surfers are clearly demanding and find ways to profit from these changes in the business.

With broadband proliferating the viability of 3 / 30 second compressed clips wrapped in an FHG just don't cut it these days.

The real cash of the future isn't going to be in the hands of the most litigious but the most innovative.

So stop, think and figure out how these sites can help not hurt your marketing efforts.

Ok how can this help anything ? http://www.tube8.com/lengthiest.html
