1.) have all your advertising accounts merged
2.) then contact them and tell them that you want to set a minimum pay-out
3.) in future if you add a new site sign it up under your existing ID (fairly easy in my case since I have a 5-digit-account number which I usually remember)...

NOTE:
I contacted them last week to have my minimum pay raised (bloody bank charges went up by 60%!!), I used the on-line form on their site, and had a reply in a little over 24 hours - so it's not that difficult!
