Change the laws that govern intellectual property. The people who write and pass laws are not reading GFY.
Let's be sensible. Two kinds of people will come out of this. The one's that don't give a shit how they make money, and the ones who will not make as much money, but do it legally. Until the laws are changed, the tubes are "Legally" not doing anything wrong.
I stopped posting scammer threads because no one cares. Accept it. No one will stop sending traffic to a program. As long as people make money with a program, they will keep sending traffic to them. Period.
Everyone is bent out of shape most because everyone here thinks they are "friends", which is not true. If no one here knew each other, or the community wasn't so small, all this would be handled at the level of the courts, and not on a message board. Get ready for tons more tubes from "respectable" people as everyone tries to compete.

Come on you know the difference between tube sites that allow user submitted content ( aka stolen content) and tube sites that either monitor their submissions or do not allow user submitted content. This isn't omg lets bitch about tube sites, its 100% about stolen content. You know better than that.
Seriously why do you care so much and are trying so hard to convince people that by calling these companies out they are doing ZERO good?
What does it matter to you if they do this or not. Honestly, do you care about these people who are calling other people out sooo much that you keep making posts and threads trying to convince them to stop. I don't get it. Why make long posts trying to convince them to stop???
One thing I do understand is that when people stop calling out others who own tube sites with stolen content on it and/or people who do business with theives, that is when the "industry" legitimizes these people. If you ever listen to anything I have said pay attention to this part. Say everyone takes your advice, no one calles out tube sites with stolen content on it or people who do business with "illegal" tube sites... 99% of the people in the industry will assume this is an "accepted" model. Why wouldn't they, if no one is complaining about it and calling them out then it looks like it is " ok, business as usual". Right now some people choose to do business with these sites as you said and some people will choose not to, and instead run "legal" tube sites and not do business with the "illegal" ones. Right now people are making choices which side of the fence they are on. If no one is being called out then there is no side to choose really, it makes it seem like "illegal" tube sites are accepted and industry standard. New people will not know better and more and more people will go over to the "dark side" if they know no one cares.
Posting on a message board does NOT mean it will stop illegal tube sites from happening, come on everyone knows calling people out isn't the solution to content theft but how many people have the money or resources to sue. Or better yet, what if they dont own content but as an affiliate they are still concerned, who do they sue then? However if we don't we will be legitimizing what these assholes are doing. I don't care if I am the last man standing, I will continue to call these people out and hope doing business with people who profit off of stolen content never becomes an accepted industry standard.
I do think it is nieve for you to post that you "know" that no one has stopped sending traffic to any of these companies that have been exposed. How in the hell do you know what every affiliate in this industry does and how they are reacting to this information. Just because you don't see lots of posts with people saying " i stopped sending 100 sales a week to xxxxx because he does business with illegal tube sites"... it doesnt mean (that to some degree) some of these companies are losing some affiliates and sales over this. It is extremely silly on your part to talk in absolutes here, unless you have logged into every affiliate's accout on the net and verified for yourself
And... even if that was the case and EVERY affiliate still did business with these companies, just the fact of not allowing these issues to go dquiet is enough of a reason to keep calling them out so this does not become an acceptable practice by everyone. I firmily believe if no one calls people out on these issues then it become accepted an 99% of the people out there will do it especially new people who don't otherwise know any better.
