The $500 plan is capped at 10mb/s. If you wanted that in a BURSTABLE plan, it'd be $750 per month. I've been with Choopa for going on 2 years now and they've been a great host.
PLUS they have more capacity than just about every other host out there, 9000 mb/s !!!! AND it's from different providers, which are TIER 1, none of that Cogent and Verio stuff and since it's on different networks, if something happens with one network, you're pumped through another, so you won't risk downtime.
