ANY strongly acidic food or drink is harmful for you. Your body uses alkaline supplies to neutralize it and when it runs out of that it uses calcium and other minerals reserve to help neutralize it (so you lose your minerals that could be used for strengthening bones just for the sake of neutralizing a can of coke so you don't die if your blood ph was to drop). This stuff is no copy and paste. I have read quite a bit on this subject online and in books. If you were to improve your diet so it is more alkaline and able to keep your blood ph at the maximum of 7.45, you would be disease free and free your body out of the toxins accumulated during your earlier years.

This is true. Do a little research if you don't believe me.
