If your really in the amsterdam area you woudnt ask that question i think. Everyone sells it here on the streets. If you aint got any contacts at all, ask the waitress in cineac, jimmy woo, or clubs like that. They´ll take care of you.
Dont know if that works if your NOT in the VIP area, but if you are, you shoudnt have a problem.
