In '99 it was SERBIA that was invading Kosovo, Serb soldiers raping and killing women and children, pounding Kosovo with shell after shell causing 300,000+ people to run for their lives for the opposite border. It was Serbs who invaded Bosnia in '92-93 and eventually destroyed the wonderful Olympic site in Sarajevo. Serb snipers rained hell on that city killing people as they crossed the street.




It was the USA, Canada, UK etc (otherwise known as 'Coalition' forces) who answered the call and eventually attacked Serbia in relatiation. When you have hundreds of thousands of people running for their lives and screaming to the world for help, what is the rest of the world supposed to do? We helped. We sent our military, and millions of us back home donated what we could. Many households in Canada opened their homes to take in refugees from that war.

Had the Serbs (led by that lunatic Milosevic) stayed in their own country and left their neighbors alone there would have been no war. Period.


What amazes me is that I even have to tell someone that, but I suppose Serbians will have their own propaganda-laden take on it. Understandible.

Now the Serbs seem to want another war. Not smart.
