You will not get a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment for $600/month around here unless you want to live in a complete shit hole.

You can rent a ROOM for $500/month, but not a decent apartment in a good area. Also, you will NEVER get a decent 1 bedroom apartment here all inclusive. Like I said, as long as you don't mind living in a total shit hole than it's all good.

My girlfriend lives in a ONE bedroom apartment in Sudbury, it's SMALL and she pays $675. Her landlord said that when she moves he will charge $750 for it.
