This post is for those Fling Affiliates and potential Fling Affiliates who are still wondering what happened and are too chicken or can't be bothered to ask Fling for an explanation.
...As I said in the original thread, some things just don't make sense with Fling's answer. I was met with a deafening silence as the thread dropped into oblivion but now I get another chance.
1) "Accidentally" not passing affiliate variables is like "accidentally" blowing your load, but yet is used quite often by Sponsors as an excuse.
2) You said you had noticed this happening "OFTEN". Others said so too, one guy said 60% of the time.
Fling said the error was only on one server out of 50. So a 2% chance of getting the bad server over a weekend... so nobody should have even spotted this if the chances were that small?
3) You said you had noticed this happening for over a week. Others said so too. Fling says it only happened over the weekend (you made your thread on a Monday)
So right after your "shaving?" thread you do an abrupt about face and begin showering Fling with praise with such memorable quotes as "They convert more than TEN TIMES better than any other sponsor and I've tried 'em all!"
Ok so why the quick turnaround with no reasonable explanation needed?
It must be either:
The mods busted you for using the "S" word. I thought it was ok as long as you had a question mark after? shaving? scumbags? conservatives? no proof just asking?
Or Fling threatened to cancel your account for bringing this valid concern to the boards in such a drama llama mode.
Or they gave you a hell of a credit to shut the fuck up and apologize.
Which was was it? Whichever it makes you look very silly but a lot of your threads seem to be of the "post first think later" variety.
