It's called WayOutTV.com, http://www.wayouttv.com . It's Damon Wayon's version of YOuTube. It doesn't have that many videos on it and the ones they do have aren't that funny. You have to register to view the vidz, too. Hopefully, it'll get funnier as it gets older.
