You have hit on what has been a long running debate in the BBW community. Are we a fetish or a preference? Well, there is no clear answer but as a BBW who has been around a lot of BBW 'fans' I can tell you first hand that they more or less break down into two groups. There are the guys that are capable of getting it up for thinner women but would rather have a fat woman. Sort of like prefering blondes but being able to be with a hot redhead. Then there are the guys that can not under and circumstances get hard for thin women. They tend to have obessions over the body parts of big women..ie bellies. These guys have a fetish.
So, yes there are certainly guys that may well have a fetish for teens. That can not get it up for anything but a teen. However, are a whole it is a preference.
