Actually teen per se is not a fetish. It is a niche or a category but I doubt it can be molded to fit the definition of a fetish.
A fetish is a situation where someone is unable to become aroused or functional in a sexual manner without the object of their fetish being involved.
For instance someone with a true foot fetish is highly aroused by things having to do with feet -- even what you or I might consider to be non-sexual things like getting a pedicure or scratching one foot with the other. Without those feet, the individual we are describing has a greatly reduced sex drive if any and rarely performs well if at all.
Same thing can be applied to someone with a fat girls fetish, an Asian girls fetish, etc -- it is a NEED, not a DESIRE, on the part of the person who wants to be aroused.
