Well then the jail should not need to investigate anything before simply firing everyone involved and turning it over to prosecutors I'd say. Hopefully thats close to what happened. I didnt say police or cops, but I always thought that county jails for example were still publically owned and operated. Shows how much I know, lol.
If a police officer was present, I would like to think that those privately hired jailers or whatever they are called, would be in cuffs before the end of the video.
