Just submitted a ticket to one of our hosting companies, the timeline goes like this:
2008-02-18 15:26:45 (UTC+1) - I submit ticket
2008-02-18 15:29:04 (UTC+1) - I get a responce, request done and there is an apologize for the delay + they took time to write excactly what they did.
Wish the majority of the hosting companies worked like this
