Seriously just email me. There are to many factors to list in a public post plus some providers I know would not want me to disclose some of the discounts I can get.
I have built non exclusive paysites for under 4k for people before and that included design, and a cms. Done some semi exclusive in the range of 5k to 8k with design and cms. I also could get someone a head start exclusive site (min 20 scenes exclusive) with design and cms for under 13k.
None of the above would include the billing fee's, nor an affiliate management solution unless you stayed with just one processor. It also greatly depends on the niches. Naturally 20 exclusive masturbation scenes are going to be cheaper than 20 gangbang scenes. However my specialty is micro niches.
