If it's marketed right:
From what i know from my friend.. you are going to need an extremely powerful dedicated server with fantastic bandwidth capabilities.... just for the one site...
and even with that, you're probably going to have issues no matter what program you use...
He built his up and sold it after a few months.. and he made a pretty penny, but he hasn't done it since, primarily due to the start-up cost and constant down time from being bogged down... (easier for him to make money elsewhere with less time and $ invested)
he had an alexa rating in the top 5k.. and even though you can't give too much credit to alexa, a top 5k rating is still pretty friggin good...
i thought about doing one, and still am, but i have been a bit turned off by the issues he had in doing it successfully...
