Hmm well I see good points to both sides of the argument, but the police man I think handled it way wrong. If he would have stepped up and said 'Ok, you guys are leaving now because you can't skateboard here.' the kids would have either left or started getting lippy, then he could have said 'If you don't leave I'll give you a ticket/arrest you for loitering.' then if the kid didn't leave just straight up put him in cuffs in a respectable way call his parents and I guarantee you that kid will NEVER skate board again, and it can all be done in a soft tone. He just needs to show him WHY he has the power, its not because he's an older bigger guy its because he is enforcing the law and that's where he messed up in this video.
