Just my opinion .. but ISP's are actually waiting/working on new types of data transfer methods which use p2p caching similar to
www.silverlight.net by Microsoft to have people share the file load instead of having it ALL come from a main server somewhere .. we're actually working on stuff with our developers at present to do just this ..IPTV is seriously the future and paysites are going to become obsolete
