Lets say you can sell your site(s) for x amount of money...at what point would you sell it and stop?

I notice that many people who already have enough money to live nicely off for the rest of their life if they sold their stuff simply go on and make more money...others prefer to sell and move to a warm country and buy a nice house etc.
