As far as the issue of how to other people in other countries sleep at night, where they don't have a gun because its not allowed.. thats not the issue either. if i live in a false sense of security that having a firearm will allow me to protect me home, then thats my right, because the law allows me that right. If i believe i have a magic force field shield around the house that knows to keep bad people out, then that's my own (crazy) choice, but it is just that, my choice, not anyone else's to decide or judge.
