Note, we do have gun laws.. like in Florida, if you use a gun during a crime, you automatically get 20 years... gun laws are aimed at criminals, not law-abiding citizens.. but if a law abiding citizen does something stupid like shoot his neighbor because he is cutting his lawn at 5am every monday morning, then that's what the the laws are for.
