So the theives you are working with are *mostly* following your requirements. Big surprise. Even bigger surprise it that you trust them to listen to you in the first place.
Doesn't sound like "ideal affiliates" to me .
you said no stolen content " on the page with your video" but there is all those stolen videos under " related videos" So how do you explain that ????
