I've sent this to the people behind TR (twice) but heard no reply, so figure I'll get a reply in here.
On the
teenrevenue (ref code ;) ) site, it says

On Selina18.com (as an example - their latest site) the cheapest subscription is $29.95. So 50% would be $14.97. However, under my stats in their control panel i've noticed at points where I have had only one sale with a site (specifically selina18 and teen topanga, may be with others, not noticed it or worked it out if that is what they would equal to) it comes to $7.47.
Seems like it is paying 25%... ? (Although, it is probably something really obvious i've missed...)
I've emailed this, like i said, twice to them (to chris@teenrev...) but heard no reply (other times always had a fast and speedy reply from them)
