Webmasters prefer automated systems that are easy to purchase with. They do not prefer to contact anybody unless they have some unanswered questions....Something like: "I notice your site is not 2257 compliant. Why should I trust that your content is?"
My guess is that's why so many people don't process with credit cards these days. They are afraid of charge backs over non-compliant content.

If I don't accept credit cards, it doesn't mean that I can not add this as a payment option. I just don't trust CCs.
What about webmasters... I sell content for less than 1 year, but I know for sure, that if webmaster really want to buy content from you, he will not say "Goodbye! You don't have CC payment!"
