At that, I don't see how most programs can complain about content theft when 99% of them mail ex members and in there own minds don't think it's spam. They complain about one illegal activity but turn a blind eye to their own.

First off. I'm not and affiliate. I have a couple small affiliate accounts to programs that fit my site, but even stopped pushing them. I have produced all my own content, content which is taken and shared on redtube and sites like redtube. I can complain because it's actions like this that allow the redtube sites to continue.

I have NEVER mailed. I have NEVER spammed. The affiliates that promote me, have done so for a LONG time and continue to do well. I'm the "little" guy, not in the bro circle... so nobody really gives a 2 shits. That's fine. I have never really cared much about it. I know for a fact that I'm in this by myself. But, to see someone blatantly support the very essence of what is wrong with this business is just fucked up. The good thing about it is that, when the time comes and the and these sites have to answer for themselves in court, their association will be clear.

If your knowingly benefiting from the traffic created by stolen content from others you are no better than the original thieves. Simple as that.
