PbP was originally developed with the "buy time" business model since this way webmasters could bill ALL surfers, not just those who have broadband or two phone lines which solutions like coolaccess require.
PbP 2.0 will redress this issue and offer PPM billing, together with a raft of innovative non-compete global tools and upsells to help webmasters make more international money
