Not an attorney, but think if you are aware of cp and don't report it, it could be a class B misdemeanor?
Cover thy ass and report it. + drop any links you have... Don't know what the deal was? You can always refund anything paid to you. I always put, must meet my approval.... no cp, scat, rape etc.
