Newbie questions here!

For the first time I am going straight to the source for content.

I have posted online and lined up about half a dozen "actors/actresses" to masturbate via webcam, record it and give me full rights for use online.

What do I need to get a hold of legally so that I can use these films on my site exclusively. I don't want anyone coming back to me saying "I didn't really sell you exclusive rights!"

Also, what do I do about age verification and paperwork?
